About ARC Enterprises, LLC Incorporated in 2023 in the USA and 2024 in Sierra Leone. ARC Enterprises, LLC is a newly established company engaged in small-scale mining. We specialize in producing high-quality colorless and colored diamonds that are ethically sourced and produced. Our goal is to utilizing the latest traceability methods and technologies to ensure complete transparency from mine to market. Selective Mining and Production Through comprehensive land surveying, testing, and analysis, ARC Enterprises selectively mines premium products, delivering exceptional quality from mine to market. Currently, we are at the peak stage of mining and production, laying the foundation for our industry. Our future endeavors include expanding into jewelry manufacturing and retail, while our current focus remains on mining, producing, and wholesaling. Our mines are located in Sierra Leone: Zimmi, Kono and Kenema. Sierra Leone is one of the top 10 diamond-producing countries in Africa. Sierra Leone is renowned for its high-quality rough diamonds, which are often extremely pure and free of inclusions. These rough diamonds are prized for their clear and transparent characteristics. ARC Enterprises intends to expand into other areas in Sierra Leone as well as other countries in Africa. This scholarship program aims to enable children in the community to earn degrees and invest in their community, fostering growth, development, and sustainability. Recognizing the underrepresentation of African ancestry and women in the diamond mining industry, ARC Enterprises aims to start a training program to increase diversity. We will provide a step-by-step guide to entering the mining industry, focusing on groups with minimal representation. We aim to partner with BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) jewelers and become a primary supplier for them. BIPOC jewelry designers often face challenges in securing products from an industry not accustomed to doing ample business with BIPOC. Our goal is to increase the inventory available to BIPOC jewelry designers at reasonable prices. Sponsor Sierra Leoneans to attend a gemologist certificate program then a lapidary training program.
